How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean skin and no makeup. Avoid strong active skincare (like retinol or acids) for 24–48 hours before your treatment unless advised otherwise.
Is there any downtime?
Most treatments have minimal downtime. You may experience mild redness or sensitivity, which usually settles within a few hours. I’ll explain exactly what to expect before we begin.
Can treatments be customised for my skin?
Yes. Every treatment starts with a skin assessment so I can tailor the products, techniques and settings to your skin type, concerns and goals.
